Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been in practice since 2008 and have worked with a variety of clients and families through the years. I have been involved in group practices, my private practice—MOVE Christian Counseling (Making Our Vows Eternal), and was contracted with Focus On The Family as a co-therapist in their marriage intensives for several years. I have also worked with John Maxwell’s and Tony Robbins’ coaches and teams, continuing to expand my knowledge and expertise as a counselor and coach, so I can better equip you to reach your goals and achieve your dreams. Every decision we make today impacts our tomorrow, on earth and in eternity. I hope to help my clients consider that each choice they make is a vow, sometimes not even a conscious vow. Together we can propel and MOVE you into your best tomorrow.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I have come to realize that counseling is not a “one size fits all,” so I tend to pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure all aspects of the human experience are involved in the healing process. Emotions are important and need to be acknowledged. Our belief systems are important as well, and need to be acknowledged and also challenged. There is always room for improvement in behaviors. When the heart and mind can come into alignment, my clients have found they are more resilient and equipped than they ever imagined. I look forward to participating in equipping you to overcome whatever obstacles are in your way. I consider it a privilege to come alongside and support you in any way I can.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will ease into the therapeutic process. Your safety is non-negotiable. It will be my goal to help get you acclimated into the therapeutic process while collecting as much information as I can. You are free to share whatever you are comfortable in sharing so I can start to see a full picture of who you are. We will discuss goals, obstacles, potential strategies, and partner together in your healing journey. I look forward to working with you!
