Hello and welcome! I’m Kara. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been licensed since 2021. I’m passionate, caring, affirming, yet challenging. During my time in the field I have focused on trauma therapies becoming a certified trauma professional. I am also specialized in Autism and neurodivergent care.

My approach to therapy

I like to bring the whole body experience to therapy. I utilize somatic exercises accompanied by deep breathing to help foster natural rhythm.
