Great to meet you!

I can assist you to explore what keeps you stuck and to make long-term changes in your life. Through the process we can help you improve your relationships, deal with parenting issues, improve your mood, decrease fears and reach your life goals. I am trained in both psychodynamic interpersonal therapy and short-term modalities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in working on the integration of physical health (diet, exercise, sleep, medical problems) to improve mental health.

I specialize in working with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, weight loss, and parenting issues. I use a wide range of modalities including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will help you gain insight, learn new skills, work through difficult challenges that hold you back and even have a few laughs.
