Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing telehealth care throughout California. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and neurodivergence, including autism. I often partner with parents when a child is struggling with attention, anxiety, mood changes, behavioral challenges, or developmental differences including ADHD or autism.

My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, with medication management when helpful and therapy integrated when appropriate. I also work with adults exploring ADHD or autism later in life and seeking a thoughtful evaluation to better understand how their mind works. I’m proud to serve Humboldt County and rural communities. You can learn more about my practice at karazertuchepmhnp.com.

My approach to therapy

My intake process begins with listening carefully — not just to symptoms, but to your life, history, and goals. Together we develop a treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, or both. I take time to explain options so you feel informed and involved in decisions about your care. I often work with individuals who have felt unheard by previous providers, those navigating ADHD or autism, and people in rural communities who have struggled to access consistent psychiatric care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on understanding the full picture — not just your symptoms, but your history, current challenges, and goals. I’ll ask questions about your mental health, medical history, sleep, and daily functioning so we can develop a clear understanding of what’s going on. Together we’ll discuss possible treatment options, which may include medication, supportive therapy, or both. My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling heard, informed, and with a clear plan for next steps.
