Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults build practical skills to manage emotional and behavioral challenges. I also work with parents and families to improve communication, learn problem solving skills and work through various life stressors. I have worked in community mental health as well as school-based mental health programs for over 13 years. I received my Ph.D. from Binghamton University.

My approach to therapy

My main training is in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). However, I consider my style more of an integrative approach as I prefer to incorporate other areas I have trained in to best support my patient’s needs

What you can expect from me

In your first session you can expect to participate in a conversation that will focus on getting to know you as a person and understand what are the major points you would like to address in therapy. I want you to leave the session feeling that I have a good sense of your goals and have shared how I can support you through this journey.
