Great to meet you!

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanguard and a Master of Science in Counseling at HIU. Helping others has always been a passion of mine. Working with addiction and co-occurring diagnoses has deepened my passion in the helping field. My passions are anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. I predominantly offer EMDR, CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches. My priority is to provide a warm and empathetic space for my clients to be seen and heard, free from judgment.

My approach to therapy

Clients have said that I make sessions feel comfortable, positive, and safe. There is a time for seriousness, and there is a time for humor.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel less emotionally heavy after sessions. After seeing me you will feel seen, heard, and understood.
