Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, and I help those who are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface while also giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals and create meaningful change.

I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step. My practice is committed to probiting a welcoming and respectful space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Every person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I focus on building a clear understanding of your expectations for therapy. This includes reviewing consent forms, discussing policies, and answering any questions you may have in a transparent and honest way so you feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

The first session is also an important step in developing a strong therapeutic relationship. I provide a supportive and welcoming space where you can begin to share your experiences at your own pace while we get to know each other.

My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning, creating a foundation for meaningful and collaborative work together.
