Great to meet you!

Over the last 15 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting individuals on their paths to emotional well-being. Central to my practice are strong couple and relational skill sets and the use of EMDR for individuals. This evidence-based approach has been recognized for its efficacy in helping individuals process traumatic memories.

Additionally, I've woven insights from the Daring Way and Brene Brown's teachings on vulnerability and authenticity into my approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, warmth, and collaboration. Together, we embark on a journey of personal discovery, navigating challenges and seeking resolutions in a supportive and understanding environment. Through our collaborative efforts, I aim to empower you to find clarity and achieve meaningful change in your life.
