Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and met with compassion. My goal is to create a collaborative, grounded space where you can show up as you are—without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, realistic goals. I am passionate about fostering trusting therapeutic relationships and providing a supportive environment where healing and growth can happen. My hope is that you leave each session feeling empowered, encouraged, and equipped to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and genuine connection. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and EMDR when appropriate. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of Christian faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where you'll have the opportunity to share your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll explore your goals and create a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you. My hope is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. From there, we'll work together to help you build the tools and confidence to create lasting change.
