Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful change in your life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and move toward the life you want to build.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My background in Drama Therapy and creative, experiential approaches allows me to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, helping them access new perspectives and deeper self-understanding.

I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and self-compassion. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns, struggling with relationships, or simply seeking personal growth, I strive to create a collaborative environment where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and creative. I believe that every person has a unique story, and therapy can help uncover the strengths, resilience, and wisdom that already exist within that story.

I draw from Drama Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and other experiential approaches to help clients explore emotions, relationships, and life experiences in meaningful ways. While conversation is an important part of the process, I may also incorporate creative exercises and experiential techniques that help clients gain insight, process difficult experiences, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Together, we'll identify patterns that may be holding you back, build practical tools for navigating challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, their values, and the relationships that matter most.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. I'll spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We'll discuss your personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals, and I'll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. Most importantly, there is no pressure to share everything at once. I want you to feel comfortable moving at a pace that feels right for you.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and a plan for moving forward. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
