Great to meet you!

Nashoba Counseling, LLC is currently scheduling in person and tele-therapy appointments for adult individuals. Committed to honoring, exploring, and creating the promise of "what might be" for you. Offering collaborative and generative conversations that are interactive, respectful, curious, and non-judgemental. Honoring your unique experiences, values, preferences, abilities, hopes, dreams and sparkling moments.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Committed to the promise of what you can be outside the world and influence of problems. Focused on changing your relationship to problems affecting and influencing you and what you care about most. I work and join together with individuals, couples (Gottman Method/Level 1), and families to collaborate, explore, and create change and hope with people at any age that are feeling unsettled, uneasy, or living with the effects of problems.

What you can expect from our first session

Initiatives/actions: Strengths-based, CBT, Mindfulness, Person-centered, Narrative, Family Systems, Gottman Method L1. Some focus for our work might include: life transitions such as employment, divorce, relationships, moving, aging. Managing multiple roles such as parenting, caregiving, and partnering.
