Great to meet you!

I am deeply committed to helping people lead flourishing lives. My style is warm and collaborative, and I cultivate a safe space where you can be listened to and received without judgment.

Yoga, music, and dance are significant parts of my life and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with an focus in Somatic Psychology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Starting therapy is a brave step and together we will uncover elusive core issues and assist in transforming blocks, leaving you free to thrive in the life you choose.

My approach integrates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic practices. We will explore unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I bring a mind-body perspective to all my work and believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work to help you become your clear, loving, authentic, creative, and fearless self.
