Good day! I'm Karen, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with training in both psychiatry and family medicine. I'm passionate about truly listening and helping you develop an individualized treatment plan that provides a brighter solution for your mental wellness and overall health. I offer holistic and collaborative treatment options at convenient times, all from the comfort of your home.

With nearly a decade of experience in both psychiatry and family medicine, I lean on evidence-based techniques to provide the highest quality of care. I focus on the importance of personal growth and mindfulness using various therapeutic approaches. Listening to you and your needs is my priority as we develop a plan together that is best for you.

Through tele-psychiatry sessions, we'll work together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan where you will gain insight into your challenges, develop coping skills, and have the opportunity to discuss treatment options that are the right fit for you.
