Great to meet you!

I am a mental health therapist specializing in women's mental health and trauma recovery. Consider me your guide through the challenging waters of emotional distress, helping you navigate toward a brighter destination of wellness and self-discovery. With a toolbox of evidence-based therapies and a compassionate heart ready to listen, I am here to help you untangle the knots of past traumas and empower you to reclaim your inner strength. Your transformative journey toward healing, growth, and resilience will happen one session at a time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating balance through boundaries. As women, we often put everyone else first—but if you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck, it’s time to prioritize yourself. In longer (90-minute), relaxed, and supportive sessions, you’ll find a safe space to heal, grow, and reclaim the vibrant life you deserve.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away from sessions with my skills, clarity, and understanding. My passion for knowledge drives me to continuously expand my skill set, ensuring you receive the highest quality of care. With specialized EMDR training, I effectively address trauma, anxiety, and other challenges. By collaborating with skilled therapists and staying updated on the latest research, I bring innovative insights to our sessions. You will leave with deeper insights about your history related to your present.
