Karen Caston

Karen is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her master's degree in counseling from Spring Arbor University. She has worked in the human services field for over thirty years. She creates a supportive space for individuals seeking to resolve emotional roadblocks and strengthen their relationships. Treatment is unique for each client and depends on their needs and goals.

Karen utilizes a client-centered approach, crafting goals that are specific and attainable to each client. She will be there with you to process difficult feelings, providing a safe and informative atmosphere that is reinforced within the therapeutic relationship. Karen uses various theoretical approaches designed to assist each client and attain their goals. She believes that people have a limitless potential to heal and grow. It is her goal to help you recognize and realize your abilities.

Additionally, Karen’s compassionate approach supports individuals dealing with heightened stress, anxiety and/or hopelessness.
