Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background that includes many years working with parents and families as a parent educator and a social worker in the Child Dependency field. As a therapist I have worked with clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, stress management, and other family, relationship, and life issues.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is a positive strength-based, solution focused approach. I work from the belief that we all have strengths, and occasionally we may benefit from a caring person by our side to help us again or more fully realize and use these strengths. Send me an email and we can set up a time to chat.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away an added sense of hope and conviction that they can make it through even difficult times and that they can do this!! Send me an email and we can set up a time to chat.
