Great to meet you!

Many of my clients arrive carrying something they've kept private for a long time — shame about their drinking, the weight of a loss no one else seems to understand, or the quiet exhaustion of a relationship that stopped feeling safe. Some come in afraid of being judged. Others aren't sure they're ready to change, but know they can't keep going the way they are. Whether you're navigating addiction, grief, a relationship in crisis, or something harder to name, I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages and all stages of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is slow and intentional, because real healing rarely happens on a schedule. I draw on IFS, DBT, Gottman Method, narrative therapy, and a trauma-informed lens — but more than any technique, I bring presence and patience. I believe healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with each other, and within the support around us. My own history with trauma has taught me that trust takes time and that safety is something you feel, not something you're told. You always get to set the pace.

What you can expect from me

If you've been on the fence, you don't need to have anything figured out first. Come nervous, unsure, or completely blank — whatever you're feeling is welcome. Our sessions are held via telehealth, so you can do this work from wherever you feel most at ease. I believe you are the greatest project you will ever work on. I'd be honored to be part of that work. Reach out whenever you're ready.
