Great to meet you!

I have had the honor of practicing psychotherapy for nearly two decades. My background in psychology and counseling provide me with a non-judgemental, supportive, and eclectic approach to my work. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology.

I have worked in centers and agencies focused on college-aged students and community mental health. I treat a variety of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, life transitions, perinatal issues and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where we can work together to explore your unique experiences, identify your strengths, and develop strategies for positive change. I empower you to be the expert on your own life, while I offer guidance and support in navigating challenges and achieving your goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to experience a safe, non-judgmental space to process their thoughts and feelings while they develop coping skills, gain self-awareness, and work towards personal growth and healing.
