Great to meet you!

For the past 25 years, I've helped adults move through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, and major life transitions — those moments when everything feels uncertain and you're not quite sure who you are anymore.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped around you. Together, we'll gently unpack what's keeping you stuck, help you reconnect with your sense of self, and build real, lasting change — at a pace that feels safe.

If you're ready to stop white-knuckling your way through and start actually feeling different, reach out — let's set up a free consultation.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know each other — no pressure, no judgment, just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go. We'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy right now, whether that's the nagging feeling that you are't as happy as you'd like, a shift in identity you weren't expecting, or just a feeling that it's time to learn more about yourself. I'll ask questions, you'll do most of the talking, and together we'll start to map out what support looks like for you. You can expect a space that feels more like a conversation than a clinical appointment — warm, unhurried, and centered entirely on you. By the end, you'll leave with clarity on next steps and a sense that you're not navigating this season alone.
