Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, bi-cultural psychotherapist with the capability to provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I strive to provide a comfortable, judgement-free, therapeutic relationship with my clients in order to help them develop insight into their past and current struggles. I am passionate about helping individuals process and heal their childhood wounds as these early experiences can have a huge impact throughout the course of our lives and can manifest in several different ways, such as, relationship issues, addictions, mental health struggles, or create challenges in navigating life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My work is primarily grounded in a psychodynamic approach. Psychodynamic therapy helps people understand how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and relationship dynamics shape their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My hope is to help you create long term, lasting change by assisting you in increasing self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

My sessions are typically open-ended and guided by curiosity, compassion, and careful attention to emotions as they arise in the present moment.
