Great to meet you!

Hi there!! I am an autistic, fat, queer & chronically ill therapist who enjoys working with similar adult clients. I love having a caseload of mostly autistic clients. I am passionate about making sure therapy is available and affordable for everyone. Don't be surprised to see my cats pop up to assist me in therapy as they have to earn their keep as co therapists (they sign HIPAW forms). I am happy to discuss ESA letters for current clients and provide pet bereavement therapy.

What you can expect from me

In sessions we will work on whatever your goals are. I'm not here to tell you what the answer is but to help you reach your goals. Common themes include setting and keeping healthy boundaries, how autism impacts daily lives/relationships/sensory needs and identifying internalized ableism. There is no right or wrong way to therapy -- just show up. Some sessions are deep, others are light and fun. I try to provide a safe environment where your needs and feelings are validated and supported.
