Great to meet you!

Supporting you in getting where you want to go is my passion. As a seasoned therapist specializing in empowering adults, my solution-focused, client-centered, strength-based, approach has successfully helped hundreds of adults make life-changing breakthroughs within a surprising short amount of time.

My lifelong motto has been to see and to bring out the best in others. I will do that for you! I will honor your whole being - your mind, body, and Spirit.

With a safe, non-judgmental spirit, we'll explore your concerns, work through your pain, do some healing, practice new skills and strategies, and build meaningful connections to bring more joy, confidence, and clarity in your life.

My approach to therapy

With a wealth of life experience, professional credentials, and wisdom (I'm in my seventies), my eclectic mix (i.e., narrative, solution-focused, experiential approach, with ACT, CBT, and DBT modalities) will heighten your self-awareness, observation of others, and effective ways to respond to situations with more emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other. We'll collaboratively create your goals and my commitment to you will be to focus on what you most need and want.
