Great to meet you!

I’m a PhD psychologist with over four decades of experience, traditionally trained in psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Over the years I developed CognoSpiritual Psychotherapy, which we can use to address concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and the emotional challenges of living and working in today’s world. My practice is fully online, and I’m especially here for people seeking a faith‐based or spiritual clinical psychologist who honors “God” as spirit/energy present in all people and situations, beyond any single religious tradition.

My approach to therapy

I blend evidence‐based approaches like psychodynamic therapy and CBT with CognoSpiritual Psychotherapy, a framework grounded in the belief that omnipresent spiritual/energy (or “God”) is active in every part of our lives.

My work is informed by my training in social, organizational, and clinical psychology, and I integrate intuitive, spiritual, and faith‐based wisdom to support healing and growth. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, beliefs, and life circumstances while also drawing on spiritual insight to help you move through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, work, or relationship‐related stress. I see therapy as an engaging journey toward greater wholeness and a deeper sense of your life’s purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, respectful, and spiritually open space where I listen closely to your story, current struggles, and what has brought you to therapy now. We’ll talk about your emotional, relational, and work‐life concerns, as well as your faith or spiritual background, so I can understand what feels most authentic and supportive for you. I’ll introduce how we might combine psychodynamic, CBT, and CognoSpiritual tools in a way that fits your needs and comfort level. By the end, my goal is that you feel seen in both your humanity and your spirituality, and that you leave with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
