Welcome. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have over 25 years experience as a therapist and currently work with individuals aged 18 throughout the adult life span. Areas of expertise are with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, bipolar disorder. I have worked in crisis, inpatient and outpatient, private practice and a cancer center.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, heart, mind, body and spirit. My style is warm and non judgmental. I strive to offer acceptance to my clients and to meet you where you are on your journey to greater self love and acceptance. You will learn skills to help you get through your challenges and begin to heal. I will be there by your side. You are not alone.
