Great to meet you!

My passion is to provide psychotherapy to individual adults and late teens. I truly enjoy working with clients with anxiety, depression, uncertainty in life transitions and who want to work towards self-improvement, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and problem solve. A strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to gaining insight into your thoughts and behaviors. It helps you to feel accepted and supported as you work towards making positive changes in your life. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

I have a flexible approach to therapy, using various modalities to fit each client’s differences and needs. We will explore what may be causing the problems and work together on achieving your personal goals. We will work to find your inner strengths and build on them to achieve personal growth and change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I will provide a safe, accepting, and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will learn appropriate coping skills, effective problem-solving techniques, and how to set boundaries. I am easy to talk to and provide a space to be heard and understood without judgment.
