Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed and do not know where to turn next? I strive to make the therapy space as comfortable as possible-- a space free of judgment, where you feel heard.

I have provided counseling in a correctional facility, an outpatient psychiatric setting, and to elementary and middle school students in a school setting.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University and I also have a Masters in Education from The College of New Jersey.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems.

I am also trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA approved trainer and consultant.

My hope is that you feel some relief from your symptoms (whatever they may be) with each session.
