Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy services to adults using a strengths based, person centered approach. My background includes providing psychotherapy services to individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with various types of life stressors. I have also worked as a Social Worker in the healthcare field specializing in issues related to trauma, depression, loss and grief.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the inherent strength of each individual and work with clients to find the best path to personal growth, acceptance and empowerment. As a therapist I offer a safe, non judgmental space to explore those areas of your life that are blocking you from being the person you want to be.

I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach and tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

A client can take away from sessions with me a feeling of being listened to, accepted and supported. A client will feel they are developing real strategies to empower themselves to overcome the issues and life stressors that are currently blocking the ability to live their best life.
