Hi! I have 25+ years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families in many different settings including inpatient, outpatient, in-home and residential care. I recently opened up my own office that offers all of my expertise in one space with the comfort and ease of affordable mental health care. I specialize in the treatment of: ADHD, depression & anxiety, adoption issues, PTSD, behavioral disorders, grief/loss, separation/attachment issues, divorce.

While Play Therapy is my primary method of treatment specifically for younger clients, I always take an individualized approach to each person in therapy. I utilize an integrative approach that best meets the needs and desires of each person.

Sessions can be guided by the client or guided by myself depending on the goals of the session and treatment overall. Some sessions may be heavier than others but each session will seek to move toward positive change and growth.
