Great to meet you!

Having worked in healthcare for many years, I have consistently observed that mental health care often lacks the services it merits. Transitioning from family medicine to mental health care, I recognized the pressing need for these services among my patients and their lack of availability. My aim is to ensure that those in need receive the services they rightfully deserve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Listening and guiding. I listen to your issues and instead of general ideas, I want you to describe your diagnosis such as anxiety or depression to best be able to treat you with medication, therapy, and tools. This gives a good example of what you feel your diagnosis is, how it affects you and your life and opens the door to healing and enjoying a better quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy will be centered on their specific issues, with education provided on medication management and available treatment options. They will also receive ideas and strategies to consider for the next visit, which they can discuss with their family or significant other if they choose.
