Great to meet you!
My psychotherapy practice is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, which fosters hope, resilience, and empowerment. I approach therapy holistically, honoring the multidimensional nature of each client through a biopsychosocial-spiritual lens.
Therapy is a collaborative process where trust and authenticity create space for insight and growth. A willingness to look inward and embrace vulnerability can lead to deeper, more genuine connections with yourself and others. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe and valued.
I provide psychotherapy for adults, parents, young adults, and adolescents in a welcoming and empathetic environment.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, using a blend of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, meditation, attachment-based theory, and other evidence-based methods. This flexibility allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to each client’s unique needs.
I help clients cultivate insight, self-compassion, and self-efficacy. My integrative approach focuses on understanding your life experiences and how they may contribute to what is leading you to seek therapy. The result is a healing environment filled with kindness, humor, and empathy.
For me, it is an honor to support people during their journey. At times we all need support. Remember, asking for help is brave!
