Great to meet you!

With over 17 years of experience, I offer treatment that focuses on building empathy, understanding, and acceptance, whether towards yourself, your children, or your partner. I am trained to work across the lifespan, including adults (from young adult to geriatric), using evidence based therapeutic practices for depression, anxiety, trauma, and women's mental health issues. This allows for a more holistic view of you as a person.

My approach to therapy

Today's world is busy and demanding, with many stressors pulling at you day after day. It is normal to feel overwhelmed by the demands of life as we know it. Therapy can offer a space for healing, understanding, and for creating solutions. I use evidence based individual therapies (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy) to nurture healing and growth with clients.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions include rapport building, creating safety and comfort, as well as goal setting. It is important for me to know who you are, and what you truly want to achieve in therapy.
