Great to meet you!

I am an experienced therapist and licensed art therapist who works with children, teens, and adults. I bring a warm, thoughtful, and flexible style to therapy, and I take time to understand each person’s history, relationships, and the challenges that brought them here. My areas of expertise include relational trauma, family issues, and helping people who feel stuck in their personal lives, work lives, or relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and interactive. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can explore your inner world, better understand patterns in your life, and feel supported as you move through change. While I am trained in art therapy, I tailor our work to what feels most comfortable and useful for you—some clients like to incorporate creative expression, while many prefer talk therapy. I aim to meet each client where they are and respond to their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, more connected to your own story, and better able to navigate life with clarity and confidence. Over time, our work together can help you build insight, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in the way you relate to yourself and others.
