Great to meet you!

Welcome! If you have been thinking about speaking with a therapist then you are in the right place. Opening yourself up to ask for help can feel like a risk, but I encourage you to see this moment of vulnerability as a strength. Life is hard and seeking therapy is an opportunity to prioritize yourself, and focus on what really matters to you. I view it is a collaborative process, in which we can work together to discover what would help to increase your overall experience of wellness.

My approach to therapy

I want to support you in identifying and strengthening your inner resources because I believe you hold the capacity to grow and heal. Life is a journey and not a destination, and on this journey we are in constant discovery of who we are, what we need, what we desire and what we deserve. The question lies in how to effect change and manifest our best selves when we feel broken. With compassion, respect and authenticity I would like to accompany you on this journey.

What you can expect from me

Healing is not a linear process, it is more circular and holistic. My approach offers the possibility to meet you where you are at, and continue to explore your unique potential as it evolves and shifts through the therapeutic process.
