Great to meet you!

Are you carrying trauma, anxiety, grief, or relationship pain and wishing someone truly understood? I work with individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, and with couples who want to rebuild trust and strengthen communication. After 25 years in special education, I became a therapist to offer steady, compassionate support that helps people feel heard, accepted, and understood.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, grounded space where you do not have to have it all figured out. I listen closely, meet you with honesty and care, and move at a pace that feels safe for you. My goal is for you to feel supported, respected, and never alone in what you are carrying.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can work toward healing that feels real in everyday life. My hope is that you leave therapy with more clarity, stronger self trust, and tools to face challenges with confidence. Over time, many clients begin to feel more resilient, more hopeful, and more connected to their own strength.
