Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Utah. I have worked in many different capacities that have always encompassed a helping component. I have experience in law enforcement, substance abuse, and marriage and couples counseling. I am direct in a caring and loving way, with a strong belief in doing no harm. I use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapy, along with Motivational interviewing as therapeutic modalities. Why, you might ask? because they are as positive as I am!

My approach to therapy

Welcome! Lets chat! When you meet with me we are a team, exploring how best to achieve your goals. Therapy doesn't have to be painful or boring, but it does need to be affective! I focus on what is working in your life, not what isn't! I'm looking forward to working with you!
