Great to meet you!

I strive to help individuals grow into their most authentic selves. I believe everyone possesses the elements within to live a more fulfilling life, and my role is to help nurture and guide people to reach their goals. I enjoy helping people of all ages navigate transitions in life and pride myself on providing a nonjudgmental, gender-affirming space for all.

My approach to therapy

I believe in joining my clients on their journeys, utilizing mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused techniques, or play therapy, depending on the individual. Therapy is an interpersonal relationship and I want clients, first and foremost, to feel comfortable talking with me.

What you can expect from me

The first sessions focus on getting to know where you are in your journey and how you would like my help in reaching your next step. Whether you need a guiding hand or a helpful push, I'm here to help you get to where you would like to be.
