Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a major life transition, you're in the right place. Many of the individuals I work with carry heavy stress, self-doubt, or burnout, and they are simply looking for a safe space to breathe and be understood. At Luz Virtual Therapy, I provide a warm, 100% online environment where you can slow down and unpack what is heavy. Through compassionate, culturally attuned guidance in English or Spanish, we work together to untangle your challenges, restore alignment, and find clarity and light on your path forward.

I offer secure, 100% virtual sessions tailored to your goals. I blend practical coping tools with deep, empathetic support. As a bilingual therapist, I offer care in both English and Spanish to ensure you feel entirely seen, heard, and understood in a safe space.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate the heavy moments alone. Change happens when you give yourself permission to be supported in a space designed entirely for you. If you are ready to find clarity and bring a little more light to your journey, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me today.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Every individual comes to therapy with a unique story, which is why I meet you exactly where you are, from day one. Initially, we will talk openly about your experiences, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. From there, I build a customized therapeutic framework drawing from various evidence-based modalities.

What you can expect from me

you can expect a welcoming, judgment‐free space where we clarify your goals, talk through what’s been weighing on you, and begin identifying patterns that may be impacting your well‐being. My priority is to create an environment where you feel safe to open up, ask questions, and move at a pace that feels right for you!
