Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in social work and experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I have worked with diverse populations, including teens, young adults, and adults, and I take pride in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care, which allows me to adapt sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. Above all, I want you to know that therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to support and empower you as we work together toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be individualized, practical, and collaborative. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness techniques to stay present and manage overwhelming emotions, and a trauma-informed lens to ensure care is sensitive, safe, and empowering. I see therapy as a partnership — we’ll work together to explore challenges, build insight, and identify tools that align with your personal values and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and talking through what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also a chance for you to ask me questions and make sure you feel comfortable with my style. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to outline initial goals and decide on a direction that feels supportive and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, validated, and with a sense of what our ongoing work will look like.
