I’m a licensed therapist with a background in social work and experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I have worked with diverse populations, including teens, young adults, and adults, and I take pride in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care, which allows me to adapt sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
