Karen’s approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized. She recognizes that each person’s experiences, relationships, physical health, emotional patterns, and environment are interconnected. She helps clients understand the roots of their struggles while developing practical tools for healing, growth, and connection. Her work integrates evidence-based psychological practices with a holistic understanding of the mind and body. She has also developed her own methodology for supporting the brain, body, heart, and overall well-being as interconnected parts of effective treatment.
Karen works with children, parents, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, parenting challenges, trauma, behavioral concerns, and personal growth. She strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported as they reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a more meaningful and aligned life.
