Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling drained, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves and others. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in hospitals, residential programs, community mental health, and private practice. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and concerns related to disordered eating, body image, or weight management.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and understood. Together, we’ll explore your experiences whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, or challenges with eating and body image at a pace that feels right for you. I focus on helping you recognize your strengths, build practical tools, and find ways to feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life. My approach is flexible and compassionate, meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you feeling seen, heard, and supported. We’ll take the time to gently explore what’s been going on in your life, what feels challenging, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I aim to create a calm, safe space where you can share at your own pace, whether that’s about stress, life transitions, or your relationship with food and body image. Together, we’ll start identifying what feels most important to work on, so you leave the session feeling understood, grounded, and hopeful about next steps.
