Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unable to follow through despite your best efforts? ADHD, anxiety, stress, depression, or relationship challenges may be making daily life feel harder than it should — even when you’re trying very hard to manage it all.

I work with adults struggling with ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, procrastination, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who feel frustrated by chronic overwhelm, difficulty staying organized, emotional burnout, or patterns that haven’t improved despite previous therapy or repeated attempts to “push through.”

As a therapist living with a disability, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding of resilience, adaptation, loss, and persistence. Alongside my guide dog Fawn, I’ve learned to “transform obstacles into opportunities” as she helps me navigate life — experiences that deeply inform my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

With decades of clinical experience, I offer a practical, compassionate, and structured approach using evidence-based CBT and ADHD-focused strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, overwhelm, procrastination, relationship difficulties, or difficulty following through.

Together, we focus on building effective coping skills, improving mood, reducing fear and worry, strengthening executive functioning, and helping you regain clarity, momentum, and a greater sense of control in your daily life. My style is supportive, engaged, and goal-oriented while also creating space for insight, self-awareness, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other in a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, what you would like to improve, and any previous experiences you’ve had with therapy.

My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while also beginning to identify practical steps forward. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and discuss an approach tailored to your individual needs and strengths.

I currently offer telehealth sessions for adults and welcome clients who are ready for meaningful, practical change.
