Great to meet you!

I believe in a person's ability to grow and as a clinician, the experience of guiding another in the process of growth, is invigorating and has fueled my passion for over 40 years in the helping professions. My education focused on addictions, and marriage, family, and child psychology and my work experience has included a variety of therapeutic settings and issues with adults, families, adolescents, and children.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic approach to increase one's resiliency using techniques that include cognitive behavioral, acceptance, and mindfulness. I have extensive experience helping those with complex trauma to move from the survival skills that no longer function to learning living skills.

What you can expect from me

Seeking outside guidance takes courage and is a valuable strength. I am able to help you to discover your self-defeating patterns and use your courage and strengths to develop new behaviors and strategies that bring you fulfillment and reach your goals.
