I am committed to providing compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care, tailored to your specific needs. (Please note: We are located and treat clients in California).

I love being a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and helping people live the lives they want and deserve.

My educational experiences include a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health NP studies and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I offer the flexibility of in-person and telehealth, as well as evening appointments to fit your busy schedule.

My areas of focus include but are not limited to: ADHD, Anxiety and Panic, Depression, Mood disorders, and Insomnia.

My warm and down-to-earth approach to mental wellness puts clients at ease. I believe that your mental well-being is precious, and worthy of protection attention and care.
