Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree from Fordham University and bring more than 20 years of experience in the social service field, including 16 years as a practicing therapist. I provide compassionate, evidence‐informed care tailored to each client's needs. My approach blends proven modalities—CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), person‐centered therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and solution‐focused brief therapy—so we can find the strategies that work best for you.

I partner with clients to reduce symptoms, build coping skills, and set realistic, achievable goals. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or stress, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space and practical, results‐oriented support. Contact me to schedule a consultation and learn how we can work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment using psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and harm‐reduction strategies. I honor your boundaries while also supporting gentle, intentional growth — there will be moments of discomfort as part of the healing process, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a warm, welcoming conversation where we’ll get to know each other, hear why you’re seeking support, and answer any questions you have about therapy. Together we’ll clarify your goals and create a simple, personalized plan for moving forward in a safe, confidential space.
