Great to meet you!

Life's challenges can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, stress management concerns, grief, and end of life issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling weighed down by difficult emotions, major life transitions, or patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're coping with loss, struggling with stress, or simply trying to regain a sense of balance and confidence, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, release emotional burdens, and create meaningful change that supports your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing involves caring for the mind, body, and emotions while creating space for self awareness and growth. My approach is warm, holistic, and empowering, creating a supportive environment where clients can feel heard and understood. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and holistic interventions to support lasting healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, women's issues, cultural experiences, and end of life concerns. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build greater confidence and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story and the challenges that brought you to therapy. I strive to create a space where we can better understand your current concerns and develop a path forward that reflects your goals and values. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, increased self awareness, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're coping with grief, managing stress, or working through anxiety or depression, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful about the future.
