I believe in hope and moving forward with life. Sometimes we feel stuck and we can use and create new energy. You can learn new ways to address the problem and put them into practice in a short amount of time

Therapy is a process and it everyone needs a supportive guide to help them get where they need to go. I have learned that if goals are set, people can move towards them and feel better and more empowered. My therapy is action oriented and I believe that people can do what they put their minds to. We can create momentum and a "can do" attitude.

Clients feel good about themselves after a session. I offer a new normal. People start to feel that life is working out for themselves and that they can see what they have done right! They like themselves better and take baby steps. From these little steps they have more hope, confidence and feel empowered. They build self-esteem and self-confidence. They feel safe, cared for and can now take better care of themselves!
