Hello! I can't wait to meet you! I received my graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. I also completed post graduate psychotherapy training, as well as family therapy training, and training in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My overall approach is warm and supportive, and I offer approaches of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Therapy, Solution Focused and Short term Psychotherapy.

I discuss with you your goals for therapy, and approaches that will best meet those goals. I use educational reading, as well as phone apps for quick practices in acquiring new coping skillsets.
