Great to meet you!

I have worked with individuals and families to overcome stress and live more confidently. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Fort Hays State University with a focus on clinical social work. My experience includes helping others manage stress, grief, mood disorders, neurodiversity, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use a strong foundation of evidence-based practices to support individuals in navigating life's challenges. I integrate techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, play therapy strategies, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to meet the unique needs of clients.

What you can expect from me

I typically start with new clients by having a conversation about their symptoms, strengths, and beliefs about mental health therapy, and then collaborating with them to design a treatment plan that aligns with their values and goals.
