Great to meet you!

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. A major life change can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or like you've lost your sense of direction. You don't have to navigate it alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience helping adults navigate life's transitions with clarity, healing, and purpose. I work with individuals experiencing depression or anxiety following significant life events such as grief and loss, divorce or breakups, relationship betrayal, burnout, identity shifts, relocation, retirement, and other unexpected changes.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Together, we'll create a safe space to process what you've experienced, rediscover your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate solution-focused and insight-oriented work to help clients understand their emotional responses while also identifying practical steps forward. Sessions are paced, intentional, and centered on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

I work especially well with clients whose depression or anxiety feels connected to a significant life change, including divorce, breakups, or major relationship transitions, rather than something that has always been present. Therapy with me is not rushed; it is a space to breathe, explore, and find grounding during uncertain or transitional seasons.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a gentle, intentional space to slow down and begin where you are. We’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what you’re navigating in this season of your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You can expect a calm, supportive environment where your experiences are taken seriously, and your pace is respected. I will help you process what has changed, understand how it’s impacting you emotionally, whether from divorce, a breakup, loss, or another major life change, and develop realistic ways to move forward with greater confidence and steadiness.
