Great to meet you!

I work with adults who find themselves facing depression or anxiety after a life-changing event that has turned their world upside down. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience helping adults navigate significant life disruptions, unexpected changes, and deeply impactful turning points.

Experiences such as grief and loss, divorce or breakups, relationship changes, burnout, identity shifts, relocation, or other major life adjustments can leave you feeling emotionally overwhelmed, uncertain, or not quite like yourself. When life changes suddenly, the emotional impact can feel heavier than expected. I specialize in helping clients slow down, understand what they’re experiencing, and find grounded, practical ways to move forward. Together, we create space to process what’s happened while rebuilding clarity, stability, and a renewed sense of direction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate solution-focused and insight-oriented work to help clients understand their emotional responses while also identifying practical steps forward. Sessions are paced, intentional, and centered on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

I work especially well with clients whose depression or anxiety feels connected to a significant life change, including divorce, breakups, or major relationship transitions, rather than something that has always been present. Therapy with me is not rushed; it is a space to breathe, explore, and find grounding during uncertain or transitional seasons.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a gentle, intentional space to slow down and begin where you are. We’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, what you’re navigating in this season of your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You can expect a calm, supportive environment where your experiences are taken seriously, and your pace is respected. I will help you process what has changed, understand how it’s impacting you emotionally, whether from divorce, a breakup, loss, or another major life change, and develop realistic ways to move forward with greater confidence and steadiness.
