Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a licensed counselor dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy. My journey began working as a behavioral interventionist with children, where I gained firsthand experience in how behavioral and emotional challenges affect individuals and their families. This work inspired me to pursue a degree in counseling and being able to work with clients across various life stages, helping them navigate issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this therapy, you will learn how to identify and modify negative thought patterns that may be contributing to mental health challenges such as anxiety or depression.

What you can expect from me

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT focuses on helping individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them. By fostering psychological flexibility, this approach encourages clients to commit to actions aligned with their values, ultimately helping them lead more fulfilling lives.
